Echuca-Moama First National number one in the state

Competing against 74 other First National offices across the two states, the branch was delighted to go one better than last year to be named number one.

It was the first time the company had received the top award and co-director Gary Wood congratulated the entire team for hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence which ‘did not go unnoticed’.

“We applaud everyone for this exceptional achievement, especially given the unprecedented challenges we have all been facing recently,” he said.

“This award highlights how strong and resilient the Echuca-Moama community is and as a region we continue to punch above our weight.

“Obviously this would not be possible without the amazing support of our past, present and continuing sellers and buyers,” he said.

Individually, Associate Director Troy O’Brien was named number one Sales Person of the Year, having worked with CLK for 23 years in the real estate industry.

Mr O’Brien said it was a very proud moment for the office.

“It’s fantastic for both our team and myself to achieve this result in the same year, we love where we live and what we do, and certainly feel honored to continue to be trusted with people’s most valuable asset,” he said.

Mr O’Brien thanked the hard-working CLK team, especially his “incredible” assistant Sharon Henson, who has been with CLK for 20 years this year.

“Sharon is extremely loyal, incredibly hardworking, passionate and drives myself and our office to be better every day,” he said.

Mr O’Brien has been in the top seven agents for several years now and has faced some tough competition from metro Melbourne, Bendigo, Mildura and Albury.

There are over 300 sales agents throughout the Victoria and Tasmania First National group.

“Troy’s success reflects not only his individual talent and expertise, but also his resilience and adaptability. He showed what is possible when we push ourselves to be our best,” said Mr Wood.

“We are proud to have Troy as a director of our company and look forward to his continued success in the future,” he said.

The CLK team won a lot of awards that night and sales agent Wayne Norwood in particular was listed in the ‘magnificent seven’ for the first time.

Nice night: The Charles L. King First National team was recently crowned the state’s best.

The awards included:

Magnificent Seven: number one sales office of the year; Elite Investor Relations Management Office; Highest number of exclusive offers, highest number of clearance sales and highest gross sales commission.

Note: The property management deserves special mention with only a small team of four entering the ‘elite’ category for the first time
